The American Cancer Society sponsors an annual leisurely walk, Making Strides for Breast Cancer Walk each May. MAPA walkers have rasied over $90,000 in our first 8+ years. Thank you everyone! Look forward to seeing all on May 1st, 2010 for this year's walk and party to follow at Long Wong's! The Milwaukee Area ParrotHead Association (MAPA) presented Matty Gras, a weekend phlocking to benefit Children's Hospital of Wisconsin and the American Cancer Society! Held in August, at Matty's Bar and Grill, 14460 West College Avenue in New Berlin, WI. 53151 MAPA raised over $3,800 for charities with our phenominal raffle prizes and silent auction items. Thanks to all who donated items, and to all who participated. Great beverages, food, music, and ParrotHead company was enjoyed by all.
